Fish View
FISHView is Applied Spectral Imaging's fully-automated image acquisition and analysis system for FISH. You can either run it as an independent FISH system and upgrade later to SKY or integrate it into your CytoLabView system.

Image Capture

FISHView acquires FISH images easily and accurately captures even the weakest signals. Its unique time-resolved imaging capabilities allow you to check the changes in a sample over time. And to give you the clearest images possible, its advanced imaging capabilities automatically convert sequences of images at different focal planes into one focused image.
Analysis

FISHView has robust tools for image analysis, including powerful quantification tools for measuring signals and a complete tool kit for cytogeneticists. Its color control allows you to automatically refine the image display or to fine-tune the smallest details. Also, you never lose the original image data. FISHView saves the changes you make to the image separately from the original image file.

SkyView EXPO
Sky View SkyView EXPO, the automatic spectral karyotyping system, lets you work with banded images, multi-color SKY images and chromosome ideograms. You can work with either the banded metaphase or the SKY metaphase at any stage of the karyotyping process

Notice the following in the SkyView EXPO interface:
After karyotyping, when you point to a chromosome, a small tag with the chromosome classification and the classification of the specific pixel automatically appears.

You can easily change the viewing mode in any of the windows to see a spectral image, classified image or band image.

In the karyotype table, you can choose to see each chromosome in different viewing modes side by side.

In the Information box, you automatically see the spectrum of the current cursor location.
